Titan International shares jump after agreement to sell Italtractor unit

Titan International (TWI) shares rose 6.1% in the afternoon session after the company entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Italtractor undercarriage business to USCO S.p.A. for up to approximately $285 million in total cash value.
