Orion180 Insurance adopts amended bylaws effective at IPO close

Orion180 Insurance Group's amended and restated bylaws took effect on Sept. 21, 2026, alongside its IPO closing and an amended certificate of formation filed in Texas. The new charter authorizes 400 million Class A shares, 100 million Class B shares, and 50 million preferred shares.
