TurnOnGreen holds annual shareholder meeting

TurnOnGreen held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 18, 2026, where shareholders backed the appointment of three directors and ratified CBIZ CPAs P.C. as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026. An amendment authorizing a reverse stock split of common stock, from 1-for-50 to 1-for-500, was adopted, with the timing and ratio to be set by the board. The 2026 stock incentive plan was also approved.
