Atrium Therapeutics awards new hire options for 13,500 shares, RSUs for 6,750 shares

Atrium Therapeutics Inc. awarded inducement equity grants on Sept. 20, 2026, to one newly hired non-executive under its 2026 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan. The grant included non-qualified stock options for 13,500 shares with an exercise price of $8.95, vesting 25% after one year, then monthly over 36 months.
