Gauzy plans Nasdaq appeal after delisting notice on $1 bid

Gauzy received a Nasdaq delisting notice dated Sept. 15, 2026, citing securities trading below $1 for 30 straight business days and failure to file its Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025. The company plans to appeal the delisting via an oral hearing request by Sept. 22, 2026.
