Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) agreed to sell Bodegas Aurora in Heredia, Costa Rica for $6.6M in an all-cash deal. The transaction is subject to confirmatory due diligence and customary conditions, with closing expected in Q4 2026; proceeds are intended for Mexico investments.
