Orion Group extends CEO, general counsel employment agreements through Dec. 31, 2026

Initial terms now run through Dec. 31, 2026, versus a prior expiration of Sept. 19, 2026. Contracts now shift to automatic annual extensions starting Jan. 1, 2027. No other terms in either executive employment agreement changed.
