Visium Technologies signs term sheet to transfer device rights into Indonesian unit
Visium Technologies signed a non-binding term sheet to assign specified contract-use, offtake, and deployment rights into a new Indonesian PMA company. A wholly owned Delaware unit would hold a 99% stake in the Indonesian vehicle. The proposed deal is an asset assignment, not an acquisition of an operating company or semiconductor manufacturing business. Closing remains conditional on key approvals and consents, including device specifications, export-control classification, Indonesian approvals, and Florida corporate approvals.
