TransDigm unit Extant Aerospace to buy rotorcraft, land systems, business jet assets for $240 million

TransDigm Group Inc. unit Extant Aerospace has agreed to acquire certain commercial rotorcraft, land systems and business jet assets for approximately $240 million in cash, the company said in a filing. The transaction is expected to close in fiscal year 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
