Insight Molecular Diagnostics amends Chronix merger terms

The company said Amendment No. 2 to its merger agreement with Chronix equityholder representative sets a 10% royalty on CNI Monitor sales until the earlier of a sale of CNI Monitor or expiration of related IP, plus a 10% sale payout.
