OppFi unit draws USD 75 million under USD 100 million senior secured term loan

The loan has a fixed rate of 12.5% before the pending BNCCORP acquisition, stepping up to 13.5% once the deal closes. USD 25 million remains available for draws through Feb. 10, 2027.
