Lantheus merger filing with Curium restarts FTC antitrust clock

Curium US Holdings plans to acquire Lantheus through a merger, leaving Lantheus as a wholly owned subsidiary. Curium withdrew its merger filing on Sept. 17 to give regulators more review time, then refiled on Sept. 21. The reset 30-day review period runs to Oct. 21, 2026, unless it ends early or is extended. The deal is still expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to approvals and a shareholder vote.
