CDW prices $1.5 billion of senior notes

CDW LLC and CDW Finance priced a registered offering of $1.5 billion Senior Notes. Deal included $600 million 5.700% Senior Notes due 2029, $500 million 6.100% Senior Notes due 2032, and $400 million 6.350% Senior Notes due 2033.
