Sangamo sells ST-920 gene therapy assets to PTC for $111 million

Sangamo Therapeutics completed the sale of ST-920 Fabry gene-therapy assets to PTC Therapeutics on Sept. 17, 2026, for $111 million in cash. The deal includes up to $100 million of milestone-based contingent payments. PTC also assumed certain specified liabilities tied to the transferred assets.
