(Adds details about power outage) By Nicole Jao NEW YORK, Sept 21 (Reuters) — The restart of key units at Exxon Mobil's 275,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery in Joliet, Illinois, was in progress one week after plant-wide shutdown due to power outage, consultancy Wood Mackenzie said on Monday. The outage occurred on September 13, affecting power lines feeding into the Joliet refinery. Power was restored on the same day. Key units including the 98,000-bpd fluid catalytic cracker and the reformer were in the process of getting back online on Monday.
