CPI Card Group Completes $58 Million Follow-On Offering

CPI Card Group Inc. has completed a follow-on offering of 2,687,921 shares of common stock from certain stockholders affiliated with Parallel49 Equity. The shares were sold at a public offering price of $21.50 per share. CPI Card Group did not offer any shares of common stock in the offering and did not receive any proceeds from the sale.
