Pure Industrial releases 2025 sustainability report, citing 500 tCO2e emissions cut

Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust released its 2025 sustainability report, outlining ESG progress across its 43 million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Portfolio emissions fell by about 500 tCO₂e to date from replacing end-of-life gas heating systems with air-source heat pumps. Green lease clauses expanded to cover over 85% of gross leasable area, supporting tenant-aligned efficiency and decarbonization measures. Remote water metering reached about 80% of properties; early leak detection avoided over 115,000 cubic meters of water loss.
