El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) is implementing an underperformance cap at its DQUAILRN location, limiting flow to 2,186 dekatherms (dths) for the gas day of September 21, 2026. This action may result in reductions to shipper and/or pooler nominations. Other locations, IRAMSEYN and ISTKHLDR, are on a watchlist, while IROCKDOV had its cap lifted due to improved performance.
