InvAscent to invest up to INR 2.43 billion in RPG Life Sciences' API unit

InvAscent agreed to invest up to INR 2.43 billion in RPG Life Sciences’ API unit, RPG Active Pharma, by September 2026. The transaction aims to expand capacity, develop new products, and fuel organic and inorganic growth to establish a dedicated API platform. RPG Active Pharma will also acquire Actis Generics and Raghava Life Sciences’ API business, enhancing its manufacturing footprint.
