Navitas corrects purchase agreement signing date in 8-K filing

Navitas Semiconductor Corporation filed an amended 8-K to correct the signing date of its Magnachip stock purchase agreement to Sept. 18, 2026. The amendment leaves the rest of the disclosure unchanged, including a $5 million purchase of 1,461,988 Magnachip shares at $3.42 each.
