Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V. informed PVA TePla AG on September 18, 2026, that it exceeded the 10% threshold of voting rights on September 14, 2026. The investment is long-term with the aim of capital growth. The fund manager may acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months. It currently does not intend to influence the management boards or the capital structure of PVA TePla AG.
