Photonike Capital shifts reinsurer license bid to Ireland after Belgian regulator balks

Photonike Capital has shifted its planned reinsurance licensing process to Ireland, preparing an application for review by the Central Bank of Ireland. The move follows feedback from Belgium's National Bank that it could only process an insurance license application. A preparatory workshop for the Irish filing is scheduled for Oct. 15 in Dublin.
