Garbe Industrial Real Estate Eastern Europe Holding GmbH and BREMER sold Multi-User Park Duisburg to Redevco, with closing on Sept. 16, 2026. The asset comprises three buildings totaling nearly 29,500 sq m on a remediated 56,000 sq m former “Zeus” brownfield site; sale price was not disclosed. The property is largely leased to e-commerce tenants and has 6,380 solar modules (2.647 MWp) on roofs. Buildings use heat pumps, and developers are pursuing DGNB Gold certification.
