Galaxy Gaming CEO Matt Reback gets amended employment deal

Galaxy Gaming entered an amended, restated employment agreement with CEO Matt Reback effective Sept. 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. Base salary rises from $367,500 (through Aug. 31, 2027) to $385,000 for the remainder of the term. Discretionary bonus target is 75% of base salary, and the deal includes option and restricted stock grants.
