St. John Properties leases 12,120 sq ft Wake Forest Exchange space to Equal Optics

St. John Properties leased 12,120 square feet at Wake Forest Exchange to Equal Optics for a new East Coast headquarters. North State Pools also took 2,790 square feet at the same mixed-use park for its corporate headquarters and retail water-testing operation. The tenants will occupy space at 920 Timberline View Drive, a 60,240-square-foot single-story flex/R&D building.
