MIMCO signs 9-year lease with Sodexo for 1,500 sq m at Luxembourg Butler project

MIMCO has signed a nine-year lease with Sodexo for 1,500 square meters at The Butler mixed-use development in Bertrange, Luxembourg. This deal brings the project's pre-leasing to 68% ahead of its planned second-half 2028 delivery. Existing commitments include IWG's SPACES brand for over 2,200 square meters on a 15-year contract, and Radisson Hotel Group will manage the project's 160-room hotel.
