Phillips 66 Sweeny Refinery Unit 3 Undergoing Planned Startup

Phillips 66's Sweeny, Texas refinery and petrochemical complex reported emissions from its FCCU No. 3 Regenerator Vent 3-95-3 and stated that Unit 3 is undergoing a planned startup.
