ABLD Diagnostics signs LOI to buy Vela Diagnostics units

ABLD Texcell Diagnostics signed a non-binding letter of intent to buy Vela Diagnostics’ operations in Singapore and the US: 100% of Vela Operations Singapore and Vela Diagnostics USA from VDH Holding. Completion is subject to due diligence and definitive documentation; no change in control is expected at ABL Texcell Diagnostics.
