Mavshack holds shareholder meeting in Stockholm

Mavshack's extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 21, 2026, adopted all board proposals including amending articles of association to set share capital limits at a minimum of SEK 630,000 and a maximum of SEK 2.52 million. The meeting also adopted a SEK 5.76 million share capital reduction to cover losses, though execution was not confirmed.
