Reitir appoints Kristófer Þór Pálsson as head of property development

Reitir appointed Kristófer Þór Pálsson as executive director of property development in a newly created role. He will lead transformation projects across the existing portfolio, with a focus on development and construction within current assets. The remit includes assessing expansion into new property segments, with responsibility for long-term portfolio strategy. Pálsson has worked at Reitir for more than 10 years, including roles leading investments, analytics, business development, and leasing.
