Aecon wins $3 billion Pickering nuclear refurbishment contracts from Ontario Power Generation

Aecon has secured contracts totaling $3 billion from Ontario Power Generation (OPG) for the refurbishment of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. The contracts will add $1.75 billion to Aecon's third-quarter 2026 backlog.
