I Grandi Viaggi appointed Liliana Maria Capanni to the board via co-option, replacing Tina Marcella Amata, who resigned. Gaetano Arnò was added to the internal control and risk committee, and Stefania Argentieri Piuma to the nominations and remuneration committee.
