Patria and Ashmore unit sell 360-MWp Puerta de Oro solar plant to Isagen

Patria Investments and Ashmore’s Colombian branch sold the Puerta de Oro solar plant to Isagen, with installed capacity of 360 MWp and estimated generation of 728 GWh per year. The parties did not disclose the sale price. Isagen, primarily owned by Brookfield Renewable, said the deal supports its goal of adding 1,000 MW of solar in coming years; BNP Paribas advised.
