PAR Excellence acquires Promega's Terso Solutions

PAR Excellence has agreed to acquire Terso Solutions, an RFID inventory tracking unit of Promega. Terso's RFID enclosures, open-air readers, and cloud software support real-time tracking of high-value hospital inventory. The deal is expected to expand PAR Excellence's healthcare supply chain platform and broaden inventory visibility for its customers.
