Terra Clean Energy fully allocates $2 million private placement

Terra Clean Energy has fully allocated a brokered private placement targeting gross proceeds of $2 million. The issuance of 14,285,714 units at $0.14 each is expected to close around Oct. 5, 2026. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.22 for three years. Proceeds are earmarked for work at the Marysvale Uranium Mines Project in Utah.
