Greenland Mines applies for 262 km² license near Sarfartoq district

Greenland Mines applied for a new 262 km² exploration license east of Sarfartoq in West Greenland, expanding its contiguous district footprint to about 454 km² from about 192 km². The move targets faster development of the ST1 rare earth deposit, which has a high-case pre-tax NPV of about USD 2.05 billion. The added area has no defined Mineral Resource and is not included in the ST1 mine plan or economic metrics. Latest S-K 1300 estimate for ST1: 6.9 million tons indicated at 1.6% TREO and 5.3 million tons inferred at 0.96% TREO.
