Saba Capital Management lifts BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust stake to 15.06%

Saba Capital Management on Sept. 17 increased its stake in BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust to 15.06% from 14.19%. Direct shareholding rose to 2.15% and exposure via a cash-settled Total Return Swap increased to 12.91%, expiring Dec. 15, 2026.
