Azerion seeks Nasdaq Stockholm listing for EUR 225 million senior secured bonds

Azerion moved to list its EUR 225 million senior secured callable Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Corporate Bond List. Trading is expected to start on or about Sept. 28, 2026. The Bonds were issued Oct. 2, 2025 under a EUR 350 million framework. They pay floating interest at 3-month EURIBOR + 5.5% with a four-year tenor.
