Pacific Assets Trust received cash elections for 33,070,220 shares under its reconstruction and winding up scheme. The cash option was capped at 25% of shares in issue, leading to pro rata scaling of excess applications. Approximately 74.7% of excess cash applications were satisfied, with the remainder allocated to new Schroder Asian Total Return shares.
