Beyond Minerals closes CAD 50,000 convertible debenture offering

Beyond Minerals closed a non-brokered private placement of an unsecured convertible debenture for gross proceeds of $50,000. The debenture bears 10% annual interest and matures one year from issuance. The holder conversion option is set at $0.05 per share, subject to CSE policies and customary adjustments. Proceeds are earmarked for general working capital.
