AmeraMex appoints two new directors to board

AmeraMex International appointed Mike Knight and Matt Hoblin as independent directors to its board. Knight replaces Jeffery Morris, who died, and Hoblin replaces Michael Maloney. Knight founded his own company in 2015 and Hoblin owns a construction firm.
