Revolve forms joint venture with Versace for beauty and fashion business

Revolve Group Inc. has entered into a joint venture with Donatella Versace to establish a standalone beauty and fashion business targeting younger consumers. Donatella Versace will serve as chief creative officer, while Revolve will contribute its e-commerce, consumer intelligence, and marketing capabilities. The venture is slated for initial rollout in the US, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
