Recursion Pharma licenses RNA model to Tempus AI for $12 million oncology deal

Recursion Pharmaceuticals Inc. expanded its data partnership with Tempus AI, extending the term to six years and revising annual license fees. The company also granted Tempus a separate two-year oncology license for Recursion’s TxFM RNA model, for which Tempus will pay $12 million in two installments. Tempus will provide access to de-identified pathology records with linked clinical data during the TxFM license term.
