Tempus extends data licensing partnership with Recursion through November 2029

Tempus extended its multi-year data license partnership with Recursion through November 2029, resetting original master agreement fees to committed payments totaling $42 million over three years, down from potentially $84 million over the next two years under the prior structure. A separate agreement grants Recursion a non-exclusive license to Tempus's RNA foundation model, TxFM.
