JLL brokers sale, acquisition financing of Tysons office portfolio

JLL Capital Markets completed the sale of a 466,230-square-foot, two-building office portfolio in Tysons, Virginia, to Cummings Capital Partners and JSB Capital Group. JLL also arranged acquisition financing for the buyers. The assets are 86% leased to 43 tenants following a USD 27 million renovation program completed in 2019.
