S&P upgrades McGraw Hill corporate rating to BB

S&P Global Ratings upgraded McGraw Hill’s corporate family rating to BB- from B+ on Sept. 18, 2026, and revised the outlook to stable. The senior secured notes rating was raised to BB from BB-, and the senior unsecured notes were lifted to B from B-.
