UK charges man with genocide-related offences over 1994 Rwanda killings

A 65-year-old Rwandan man has been charged with genocide-related offences in the UK over alleged actions during the 1994 Rwanda Tutsi killings. Vincent Brown, formerly known as Vincent Bajinya, faces charges including conduct ancillary to genocide and murder as a crime against humanity, accused of directing and inciting acts of murder and genocide.
