Nasdaq to delist Davis Commodities shares

Nasdaq plans to delist Davis Commodities Ltd. Class A ordinary shares after trading was suspended on March 25, 2026. The exchange will file a Form 25, with the delisting effective 10 days after the filing. Shares trade on OTC Markets under DTCKF.
