Skeleton Coast Uranium plans $5 million private placement

Skeleton Coast Uranium launched a non-brokered private placement of up to 33,333,334 units at CAD 0.15 each, targeting up to CAD 5 million. Each unit includes one common share, plus a half-warrant exercisable at CAD 0.2 for 24 months. Proceeds earmarked for Namibia exploration and development work, plus general working capital.
