Brookfield Finance prices US$ senior unsecured notes due 2031

Brookfield Finance launched a US$ benchmark senior unsecured notes due 2031 offering. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield. Pricing terms were not specified in the preliminary term sheet. Settlement is expected Sept. 23 on a T+2 basis following the Sept. 21 trade date. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
